RL 150 Version
Heald frame with 150 x 9.4 mm reinforced aluminum alloy extrusion, also usable without center support.
Suitable for: heights > 3000 mm and applications requiring maximum structural rigidity.
Projectile Version
Heald frame with different cross-section between the upper and lower bars. Nickel-plated 6082 HB90 alloy lateral supports. Hardened stainless steel heald rods, not riveted to the bar but to central plastic supports.
Suitable for: special sliding/strength requirements and specific heald configurations.
Rapier model
The reduction of breakage is guaranteed and the longevity of the product is therefore greater thanks to the absence of holes on the bar.
Airjet model
Heald frames for Airjet looms are manufactures with high-strength anodized aluminum bars, specifically designed to combine lightness and high performance.
This product is available in serval versions, with bars in 140, 150, and 155mm, in order to fit all major brands of weaving machines on the market.
